Maple Syrup From Our Own Trees - Brought to you and us
by Jim & Terry Chamberlain.  Each spring Jim taps the
Sugar Maples that dominate the Inn and then Terry processes
the maple syrup.  Guests are encouraged to visit the Maple
Shop to purchase their wares to take home.  Ask the Innkeeper
for directions
Frances Ann's Original Jellies.  We visited the Sinclairville
History Day and met Frances O'Dell from Cassadaga who was
providing samples of her rare wine jellies - using locally
produced wines.  These are quite unique and palatable.  We
feature these as part of Ambrosia Teas special experience and
will have some on hand for breakfast as well.  Just ask!
