Luxurious home on 31.5 acres of rolling farm land dedicated to providing
sanctuary for the weary traveler.  The classic 1860s Italianate Villa features three
elegant rooms each with a private bath en suite plus a 2 bedroom suite featuring
a sitting room, private bath and satellite television.  Other amenities of the
Cherry Creek Inn include a mystery tower filled with board games, a leafy
conservatory, the English style pub room, carriage house special events facility,
3,500 volume Victorian library, club house with summer lawn games, and a
pavilion with hot tub surrounded by undulating terraced gardens.  This retreat
for those seeking quiet relaxation is enhanced with generous amounts of good
local food, hearty for breakfasts and Ambrosia teas.  A wonderful oasis for
intellectual or physical pursuits or just relaxing.  For those who need access to
the wider world, we have Wi-Fi now available in the Inn.  A guest put it well -
'This is like staying in a Victorian sea captain's house -- full of treasures collected
on distant voyages.'

Our friend and collaborator - Carol Lorenc continues to provide fascinating bus
and van tours which often wind up with a luncheon or tea here at the Cherry
Creek Inn.  Last year these included Amish Flair Bus Tours - up to 60 people
touring Amish country and then sitting down to a home cooked luncheon at the
Inn - featuring Amish recipes such as beef roast, roast chicken - Amish
macaroni/potato salad, and wonderful pies and breads from our own Amish
baker. Smaller groups enjoyed Amish tour Shopping and Spring Tea, Amish Flair
II - Naturally Yours - where participants visit various local organic farms and the
Cheese Factory - buying the ingredients for their own picnic menu.  In the Fall
we featured fall foliage and the usual tour of Old Order Amish country followed
by tea or luncheon at the Inn.  Sharon and Carol's final venture for 2007 was the
Holiday Luncheon with a train theme - accompanied by holiday shopping at the
various venues in the Amish community - especially the toy factory and various
quilt shops.  The menus for these luncheons included Erie RR Chicken, Patty's
Scalloped Potatoes, The Squire's Corn Fritters, GNF Apple Compote. Long Island
RR Bread and Butter Pickles, and Royal Blue Line Pie.  Model Trains were
running at the Depot in Cherry Creek and the Cherry Creek Hardware - both
unique venues in themselves.
