| CHERRY CREEK -- Cherry Creek (NY) Inn, located at 1022 West Road, will become a BED AND BARN facility in the Spring of 2011. The Chautauqua County Department of Planning and Economic Development (DPED) is developing 40 miles of equestrian trails in the Boutwell Hill State Forest. These trails will be further enhanced by the development of rental horse stables at the Abbey Farm, less than one-half mile from the Cherry Creek Inn. Former cattlemen Jim Abbey has converted his barn into eight wooden 12x 12 foot box stalls to accommodate the horses of transit riders; pastures are in place.
